  Pure Bodyworks provides excellent massages as a board certified massage therapist.

• Deep Tissue Massage - Deep tissue massage is for chronic injuries and pain.  It targets the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release adhesion's and knots to help speed up the natural healing process.
• Sports Massage - Sports massage is geared towards athletes to help relieve pains and soreness and allows for tissue repair which is important for athletes who repeat the same movements on a daily basis.
• Trigger Point Therapy - Trigger point therapy is designed to alleviate the source of pain through isolated pressure to tight areas within the muscle tissue.
• Reflexology Massage - Reflexology is a form of bodywork that involves applying pressure to the feet to produce changes in pain and other benefits elsewhere in the body.
• Craniosacral Therapy - Cranial sacral therapy is a gentle but powerful modality that has proven beneficial for a variety of conditions – including headaches, chronic pain, sinus conditions, IBS, anxiety and more.
• Cupping Therapy - Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which cups are applied to the skin to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow and relaxation.
• Medical Massage - Medical Massage focuses the treatment on the specific areas of the body related to the diagnosis.
